πŸ•―οΈ *PREPARATORY PRAYERS*

Before We Receive the Word…

*_“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword.”_*

β€” Hebrews 4:12 (NKJV).

*1. The Prayer of Consecrated Availability.*

_“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying: ‘Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?’ Then I said, ‘Here am I! Send me.'”_

β€” Isaiah 6:8 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Sending God, before we receive this Word today, we present ourselves β€” our hands, our voices, our platforms, our relationships, and our daily routines β€” as consecrated instruments of Your Gospel. We are not waiting for a more convenient season or a more comfortable opportunity. We say it now, with Isaiah’s holy recklessness β€” here we are, Lord, send us! Into our offices, our markets, our digital spaces, and our neighbourhoods. Use everything we are and everything we carry to advance Your Kingdom today, in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

*2. The Prayer for Anointed Communication.*

_“Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.”_

β€” Colossians 4:6 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_God of all wisdom, anoint our communication today β€” every word we speak, every message we send, every post we publish, and every conversation we enter. Let grace season every syllable so thoroughly that even our casual exchanges carry the fragrance of Christ. Deliver us from graceless, careless, and Christless communication that misrepresents the Gospel we claim to carry. Make our words β€” spoken and written β€” so consistently excellent and so obviously God-touched that people are drawn to ask about the hope that lives within us, in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

*3. The Prayer Against Wasted Influence.*

_“You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden.”_

β€” Matthew 5:14 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Light of the world, we repent of every season in which we carried Your Gospel in our hearts but hid it behind closed lips and passive living. We repent of wasted influence β€” of social media profiles that entertain but never evangelise, of relationships that comfort but never confront sin with grace, of platforms built for self-promotion rather than Christ-exaltation. Rededicate our influence today, Lord. Let every platform we occupy become a hill upon which Your light blazes without apology and without restraint, in Jesus’ mighty Name!_* πŸ”₯

*4. The Prayer for Fruitful Gospel Encounters.*

_“So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please.”_

β€” Isaiah 55:11 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Faithful God, we go forth from this gathering carrying Your Word β€” and we go with the full assurance that it shall not return void. Every Gospel seed planted this week shall accomplish exactly what You intend. Every scripture shared, every testimony spoken, every prayer offered on another’s behalf shall hit its divine target with supernatural precision. We release Your Word today without anxiety about outcomes β€” because the outcomes belong to You. Let it accomplish, Lord β€” in every heart, in every encounter, in every nation it reaches, in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

πŸ“œ THE TEACHING

*THE GOSPEL IN YOUR HANDS*

TEXTS: Isaiah 52:7; Romans 10:15; Acts 8:4; Psalm 96:3; Matthew 5:14–16.

*INTRODUCTION*

*_“The Gospel In Your Hands”_* speaks about the staggering reality that God Almighty β€” the Creator of heaven and earth, the Sovereign of all history β€” has chosen, in His infinite wisdom, to place the most powerful and most consequential message in human history into the ordinary, trembling, sometimes reluctant hands of His people.

*_Not into the hands of angels β€” into yours._*

*_Not onto the lips of celestial beings β€” onto yours._*

*_Not into the platforms of the magnificent β€” into the life of the available._*

The Gospel is in your hands today. The question that this teaching presses upon every worker of Christ’s Good News Mission is not whether you have it β€” you do. The question is what you are doing with it.

Isaiah 52:7 paints one of Scripture’s most beautiful evangelistic portraits: *_“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says to Zion, ‘Your God reigns!'”_* Beautiful feet β€” not because of their physical elegance, but because of their Gospel direction. Feet that move toward the lost are feet that heaven calls beautiful.

In Acts 8:4, following the great persecution that scattered the Jerusalem church, Luke records one of the most remarkable sentences in the entire New Testament: *_“Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word.”_*These were not the apostles β€” they had remained in Jerusalem. These were ordinary believers β€” workers, merchants, families β€” who had been scattered by circumstances beyond their control. And everywhere they went, the Gospel went with them. They could not stop it. It was in their hands, and their hands were moving.

This is the ministry of presence β€” the understanding that wherever a genuine believer goes, the Kingdom of God arrives with them. Your home is a Gospel outpost. Your workplace is a mission field. Your neighbourhood is a harvest zone. Your social media account is a digital pulpit. The Gospel is not confined to Sunday mornings or church buildings β€” it travels in human hands, through human feet, and upon human lips that have been set on fire by the Holy Spirit.

Matthew 5:14–16 reminds us that light was never designed to hide. A candle placed under a basket fulfils no function β€” it simply smoulders in pointless concealment. But a candle set upon a lampstand illuminates everything within its reach. The Gospel in your hands is a lit candle. The only question is whether it is under a basket or upon a stand.

Psalm 96:3 issues the global declaration: *_“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.”_* Declare β€” actively, intentionally, and consistently. The Gospel does not declare itself. It requires a voice, a life, a presence, and a platform. It requires hands willing to carry it and feet willing to go.

The Gospel is in your hands, beloved. Handle it with urgency. Handle it with excellence. Handle it with the full awareness that eternity hangs in the balance of your faithful stewardship of this most sacred trust.

*1. THE GOSPEL IN YOUR HANDS IS GOOD NEWS FOR YOUR WORLD*

Isaiah 52:7.

*_“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news.”_*

The Gospel you carry is the answer to every question your world is asking:

*_To the hopeless β€” it is the announcement of a living hope_*

*_To the guilty β€” it is the proclamation of complete forgiveness_*

*_To the broken β€” it is the declaration of supernatural restoration_*

*_To the lost β€” it is the revelation of a seeking, finding Saviour_*

*LESSON:*

Never reduce the Gospel in your hands to a religious duty. It is the best news anyone around you will ever hear. Carry it with the excitement it deserves.

*2. THE GOSPEL IN YOUR HANDS TRAVELS WITH YOUR PRESENCE*

Acts 8:4.

*_“Therefore those who were scattered went everywhere preaching the word.”_*

Ordinary believers carrying extraordinary news changed their world by simply going:

*_They did not wait for perfect conditions β€” they preached in imperfect ones_*

*_They did not wait for official platforms β€” they used whatever space they occupied_*

*_They did not wait for theological degrees β€” they shared what they personally knew_*

*_They did not wait for the persecution to end β€” they preached through it._*

*LESSON:*

Your presence is your platform. Wherever God sends you β€” by choice or by circumstance β€” the Gospel goes with you. You are never off-duty as a witness.

*3. THE GOSPEL IN YOUR HANDS SHINES IN DARKNESS*

Matthew 5:15–16.

*_“Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.”_*

A hidden Gospel helps nobody:

*_Light concealed by fear illuminates nothing_*

*_Truth silenced by social pressure transforms no one_*

*_Testimony suppressed by shame reaches no lost soul_*

*_Faith privatised by comfort fulfils no Kingdom purpose_*

*LESSON:*

The darkness around you is not a reason to hide your light β€” it is the very reason your light is needed. Shine most deliberately where the darkness is most dense.

*4. THE GOSPEL IN YOUR HANDS HAS GLOBAL REACH*

Psalm 96:3.

*_“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.”_*

Through digital platforms, your local hands have global reach:

*_A testimony posted online crosses borders that prayer meetings cannot physically reach_*

*_A Gospel article shared digitally enters homes missionaries have not yet visited_*

*_A scripture spoken into a video touches hearts in nations you may never travel to

evangelion-tm.com is a global declaration of the glory of God from Nigerian soil_*

*LESSON:*

You are no longer limited by geography. The Gospel in your hands, combined with digital obedience, has the potential to reach every nation from wherever you are standing right now.

πŸ™ *INTERCESSORY PRAYERS*

After the Word β€” Into the World We Go

*1. The Prayer for Faithful Gospel Stewardship.*

_“Moreover, it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.”_

β€” 1 Corinthians 4:2 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Father of all stewardship, we acknowledge that the Gospel in our hands is not our possession β€” it is Your trust. And You require of stewards nothing less than faithfulness. Convict us of every act of Gospel negligence. Stir us from every season of evangelistic slumber. Let the weight of what we carry β€” the eternal destiny of souls β€” press us into a faithfulness that does not waver with moods, seasons, or convenience. Make us faithful stewards of the most precious trust ever placed in human hands, in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

*2. The Prayer for Our Digital Gospel Platforms.*

_“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.”_

β€” Psalm 96:3 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_God of all nations, we lay before You every digital platform of Christ’s Good News Mission right now β€” our website, our social media channels, our online teachings, and every digital expression of our evangelistic calling. Anoint them with supernatural reach. Let algorithms bow to Your sovereign purpose. Let souls searching for meaning online find Christ through our pages. Let evangelion-tm.com become a digital lighthouse whose beam reaches the darkest corners of the internet with the glory of Your Good News. Declare Your glory through our platforms, Lord β€” to every nation, in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

*3. The Prayer for the Scattered Witnesses.*

_“And they went out and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word through the accompanying signs.”_

β€” Mark 16:20 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Lord who confirms the Word, we pray for every member of Christ’s Good News Mission scattered across their various spheres of life this week β€” in offices, schools, markets, hospitals, and homes. Let them go as the Acts 8 believers went β€” everywhere preaching, everywhere witnessing, everywhere carrying the light of the Gospel into the specific darkness of their individual worlds. And as they go, confirm the Word with accompanying signs β€” with supernatural conversations, with divine openings, with hearts that are mysteriously ready to receive. Work with Your scattered witnesses, Lord β€” in Jesus’ Name!_* πŸ”₯

*4. The Prayer for a Gospel-Saturated Nation.*

_“The people who sat in darkness have seen a great light, and upon those who sat in the region and shadow of death light has dawned.”_

β€” Matthew 4:16 (NKJV).

πŸ”₯ *_Light of the world, we intercede for Nigeria β€” our beloved but deeply wounded nation β€” that sits in many dimensions of darkness. Economic darkness, moral darkness, political darkness, and spiritual darkness. We decree that the light of the Gospel carried in the hands of Your people shall penetrate every layer of that darkness. Let a Gospel saturation sweep through our streets, our government houses, our schools, our markets, and our homes. Let the light dawn upon those sitting in the shadow of death β€” and let it dawn through our willing, available, Gospel-carrying hands. Illuminate Nigeria, Lord β€” in Jesus’ triumphant Name!_* πŸ”₯
