*17th March – Day 13 – PRAYER FOR GOOD HEALTH*
Loving and Most Merciful Father, the all-knowledgeable and all-powerful, Most Holy, Ever Living, Lord the Healer, I present myself to You today, Lord, with all the weakness in mind, soul and body that carries my frame. Father Who art alone, our Helper and Stay, You created me, and see my inmost parts that no technology, divination, or prophesy can find. You know what is wrong with me and how I am ill, my parts ailing, my functions diminishing, and my internal organs diseased. Touch me, Lord, and bring life and health back to me; fully restore me in my senses; strengthen and quicken my body organs, arms and legs; take away all my pains; and turn my sufferings to vitality.
Lord God, Jehovah Rapha, be near to bless me: to restore me, to quicken my steps, to sharpen my senses, to revitalise my body organs, to soothe my nerves, to give me the comfort of the night and vitality for the day. By Your might, Lord Jesus Christ, the Great Physician, save me from spiritual, physical and mental ill health, sickness, disease and all conditions inimical to my well-being. Let Your death, which triumphs over death and disease, cure me and raise me into a new life in You. Father Lord, I am pressed on all sides, though I do not even know. Make those unknown ailing parts well; every sorrow, pain, worry, and distress take away and give me rest. And above all, Father, let all that is wrong in me, whether in mind, soul or body, yield to Your healing power till I am fully healed from sickness, redeemed from bondage, cleansed of ailments, freed from all desolations, and ransomed from sin, through Jesus Christ our Lord.

As we reflect on the theme of health and healing, consider the story of a weary traveller who found himself lost in a vast desert. Exhausted and on the brink of despair, he collapsed, parched and hopeless. In that moment of vulnerability, he felt a gentle breeze that seemed to whisper words of comfort and assurance. In the distance, he spotted a small oasis glimmering in the sunlight. With renewed strength and determination, he made his way towards the promise of refreshment and life.
Just as that oasis provided the sustenance necessary for survival, our faith in the Lord brings healing and restoration in our times of need. Remember that no matter how frail we feel, when we turn to God in prayer, He lovingly restores, heals, and nurtures us back to health—body, mind, and spirit.
