Every Minute, Someone Leaves This World!

Every minute, someone leaves this world.
Age has nothing to do with it.
We’re all in this queue without realising it.
We never know how many people are in front of us.
We can’t go to the back of the line.
We can’t get out of line.
We can’t stop moving forward.
So, while we wait in line…
Let’s make peace!
Let’s do good!
Let’s tell the truth!
Let’s be honest!
We will leave this world one day, that’s for sure.
There’s no point holding a grudge against someone who could leave
There’s no point sending a brother to prison when you would leave first.
What’s the point of boasting about putting others down when you could be gone in the next few minutes?
Why do you let yourself be deceived by your money, social position, and connections, when you’re not the first to have them?
While you seek your brother’s death for a piece of land in the village, others exploit your continent and even invade planets.
Evil is ignorance.
Pride is for the foolish.
Selfishness is for people with low incomes.
Betrayal is for the weak.
So let’s do good while we’re still alive!
*_Let’s use the little time we have left for the course of humanity._*

While I was reading this piece, my heart was in my mouth. I did not want to hear sad News about anyone!
*_Thank God we are yet alive: It is time to give our love to our friends, family and neighbours as we gradually age!_*
Those who derive happiness from spreading Sad News, gossip, and berating others (Pull-Him-Down Syndrome) should know that only fake people like them will honour them after they are gone. Because the evil that humans do lives with them—not only after them!
Those who were helped by someone and they, in turn, block others… and give evil reports: Sadness awaits them at the threshold of their joy… It is God’s rule!
When my in-laws say,
*_”Mgbe anyanwụ wara, ọ na-eweta ohere ọhụrụ maka ezi ndụ”_*
(When the sun rises, it brings new opportunity for good living)… My Yoruba Elders say, *_Ojúmọ́ rere nì k’ó máa mọ́ wa oOo!_*
But I say, *_O LORD, wake my family and neighbours up into a life of Goodness at every dawn!_*
My Wife’s Mum prayed a while ago: *_”N’ndụ niile, kpọtee anyị n’ụzọ ezi omume mgbe chi ọbụla na-abọ, n’aha Jisọs!”_*
This is a prayer which means,
“In every life, wake us up into a life of Goodness at every dawn, in Jesus’ Name!”
Beloved… Stop building negative energies around reality. What is life without honouring our Maker’s will: *_With God, we are happy—even in physical death!_*
Think good about others: As a person thinks, so he or she is!
Proverbs 23:7 (NKJV)
*_”For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. ‘Eat and drink!’ he says to you, but his heart is not with you.”_*🙏✨
Romans 12:2
*_”And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind…”_*
Philippians 4:8
*_”Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble… meditate on these things.”_*
The Quran expresses similar concepts through verses like:
Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:11
*_”Indeed, Allah will not change the condition of a people until they change what is in themselves.”_*
Surah Al-Anfal 8:53
*_”That is because Allah would not change a favour which He had bestowed upon a people until they change what is within themselves.”_*
The principle of thoughts shaping reality is beautifully woven throughout these scriptures!
Let us remember: *_Only 6 Feet!_*
