*April 9: Day 36 – Prayer for Financial Breakthrough & Wealth*

Father, You are Jehovah Jireh, my Provider, and You have said, *_“The young lions do lack and suffer hunger: but they that seek the LORD shall not want any good thing”_*, so  I come to You today not as a beggar, but as a child — Your child —seeking help from the One who owns all the silver and the gold. I remember Your promise in Philippians 4:19 that You will supply all my needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Father, not some needs —but all my needs— according to Your riches, and not according to my toil and lack. So Father, LORD, fulfil Your promise to me: Give me the faith —and the living work— that will make me leap over every wall of debt, delay to my success, and lack in all forms.

Father, let the heavens be opened over me: Rain down provision, and let my testimony be like the blessed’s.

LORD God, clothed in light, the Distributor of goodness, the Giver of the “more abundant” life, envelope me with a shawl of life and honour and give me the financial breakthrough beyond my current wealth.

I trust You to lift me out of this present limitation, for You said in Deuteronomy 8:18 that You are the giver of power to obtain wealth. Lord, give me that power; open doors to buoyancy for me which no man can shut; and grant me clarity, strategy, and favour in the work of my hands.

Father, as You gave Joseph, Esther, David, Solomon, and Daniel their breakthrough, please, LORD, give me my desired breakthrough, especially with my finances.

Father, You found me, like Jacob, in a desert land of challenges —financial and otherwise. You found me in the wasteland —a howling wilderness of wretchedness in spirit— and encircled, instructed and kept me as the apple of Your eye. So now, LORD, continue Your lovingkindness to me, stir up my nest, hover over me, spread out Your wings, taking me up, carrying me on Your wings, to that place of a breakthrough —financially and otherwise.  Father, grant that I may ride in the heights of the earth, eating the fruits of my labour —empowering people in need and drawing honey from the rock and oil from the flinty rock in my old age.

Lord Jesus, the Bread of Life, feed me and all those I should feed.

LORD God, Who securely fixed the fountains of the deep, and gave the sea its boundary, Who marked out the foundations of the earth— Take me, and draw me out of troubled waters of uneven finances; deliver me from the strongholds of evil that devour success. Good LORD, reward me according to Your loving kindness and righteousness.

Show Yourself pure to me, for You are pure: save me from affliction.

Father, light my candle and enlighten my path out of monetary darkness. Enable me, Lord God, to leap over the wall that inhibits financial progress. Lord God, be my undergird, strengthen me in my finances, and make my way in business perfect.  Father, make my feet like hinds’ feet and set me in high places in my endeavours.

Father, enlarge my coast —making my feet firmer on the miry grounds under me— so my feet do not slip in the treacherous marketplace I work and trade.

Father, bounteously Bless all my helpers and deliver me from the strivings in a challenging world. LORD, open the inner and outer gates of heaven, and from there, rain on my blessings and make me prosperous in all things good —from You— through Jesus Christ our Saviour.

The verse from Malachi encourages us to participate actively in God’s plan through tithing and offering—an invitation to experience His generosity firsthand. It is an assurance of abundance, echoing that we position ourselves to receive when we give.
